What a sweet deal it is to have a client who was a co-founder of the most popular band in history and one of the most famous individuals ever to have walked the planet. Add to that a stellar track record for pushing peace, a reputation for being kind to fans, and a well-known wit, and the late John Lennon has got to be one of the easiest artists to promote.

He’s an international music icon who will forever be known as one of the founding members of Fleetwood Mac. Mick Fleetwood has been the band’s drummer and the rhythmic pulse of the legendary group since the early 1970s. Yet these days, he’s spending more time behind the lens than the drum kit. On this particular evening, he’s showing his work at Denver’s Fascination Street Art Gallery – a stop on his multi city exhibition.
John Lennon drew long before he was in the Beatles, becoming an accomplished student at one of the UK’s leading art schools. When the iconic band split up, Lennon put his musical activities aside for several years to spend time with his new family but kept right on drawing; maybe more than ever. If he had never even met Paul, George and Ringo, someone in an excellent position to know thinks Lennon would have done at least as well in the art world as he did in the recording studio.
