Salvador Dali [collection] comes to Zionsville
Salvador Dali is known for his early paintings — particularly the iconic “The Persistence of Memory” (1931) with its melting clocks against a dream landscape.
But truly knowing the famed surrealist was reserved for his close friends like Madame Christine Argillet, who knew Dali personally during his later years. Her father Pierre Argillet was his publisher as well as a collector of his work.
