“High Performance” displays famed drummer’s art talent
TAMPA – You may not know him by his first name, but you’ve almost certainly rocked out to his drumming, and now he’s on tour again, this time, for his art work.
Drummer John Douglas is the man who paints rock and roll. Douglas has toured with multi-platinum musicians including Aerosmith, Stevie Nicks, Dave Grohl, Bono and the Rolling Stones. However, his talent goes beyond music. Douglas’ one-of-a-kind artwork creations will be featured at the Michael Murphy gallery in Tampa as part of his “High Performance” fine art tour which runs now through April 4th.
